How to book in-home IV therapy
In-home IV infusion bookings are arranged by email so our nursing team can review the prescription and plan your visit.
Your GP prescribes the infusion
Common in-home IV treatments include iron, hydration and nutrient infusions. All prescribed medication must be on site at the time of the appointment. Modia's registered nurse administers the medication; we don't dispense or supply it.
Email us your booking request
Send the patient's details, the prescribing GP, and the prescribed infusion (attach the prescription or referral) to [email protected]. We'll reply with a digital consent form. Treatment can be scheduled once consent is signed. Call 1300 600 039 if you'd prefer to talk it through first.
A nurse comes to your home
We confirm a suitable date and approximate time with you, verify the medication will be on hand, and a Modia registered nurse arrives within 2–5 business days of the request with all administration equipment, monitoring throughout the infusion.
