A: We service Greater Brisbane and surrounding regions including the CBD, North, South, East, and West Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Redlands, and selected areas of Moreton Bay, typically within a 50 km radius of the Brisbane CBD. A: We accept all forms of referrals including e-referrals. Referrals can be submitted online via our website or by email to [email protected].

A: For urgent X-rays, we aim for a 24h turnaround. Non-urgent X-rays can be completed within 4 business days.

A: For Medicare-eligible X-ray with a valid referral, you pay only the quoted gap and Modia Health handles the Medicare benefit for you. A: Private health insurance does not currently cover radiology services as an outpatient service.
